Usage Guidelines
You agree not to misuse the NFTBee services ("Services") or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you agree not to

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven't been invited to.

Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, including by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services.

Access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (e.g., "scraping" or creating accounts in bulk).

Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam

Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing."

Promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization.

Abuse referrals or promotions to obtain more storage space than deserved or to sell storage space received from referrals or promotions

Circumvent limits or restrictions imposed by NFTBee

Sell the Services unless specifically authorized to do so.

Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence or terrorist activity, including terror propaganda.

Advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or impairment.

Harass or abuse NFTBee personnel, representatives, or agents performing services on behalf of NFTBee.

Violate any laws, including storing, publishing, or sharing material that is fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading.

Violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others.

Deliberately publish fake NFTs or NFTs that infringe copyright.
Content Policy
To maintain a respectful and secure environment, NFTBee has specific guidelines on what content is allowed and what is not
Allowed Content:

Images up to a PG-13 rating involving fiction, fantasy, or mythology.

Real images that may be seen as respectful or light-hearted parodies, satire, or caricatures.

Imaginary or exaggerated real-life scenarios, including absurd or humorous situations.
Not Allowed Content:

Disrespectful, harmful, or misleading portrayals of public figures/events, or content with the potential to mislead.

Hate speech, explicit or real-world violence.

Nudity or unconsented overtly sexualized portrayals of public figures.

Imagery that might be considered culturally insensitive.
NFTBee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who engage in such activities.
Termination
NFTBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
NFTBee may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Date of Last Revision" at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Munich, Germany, to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms of Service or the Services.
